This page explains how you can opt out of optional communications and manage cookie preferences where available.

KyroHub does not embed third-party analytics scripts by default. Cookie usage is limited to basic categories described in the Privacy Policy.
1. Opt out of optional email communications
If you received a message from KyroHub and prefer not to receive further optional emails, you can:
- Reply to the email with the subject line: “Opt-out”, or
- Send a new email to [email protected] with “Opt-out” in the subject.
2. Cookie preferences
Where available, the Site provides a cookie interface. You can enable or disable optional categories. Your preference is stored on your device and can be updated later.
You can also manage cookies via your browser settings (block, delete, or restrict cookies). Note that certain essential functions may be affected if you block all cookies.
3. Request data-related actions
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. To make a request, email [email protected] and include:
- Your name and the email address used to contact us
- The type of request (access / correction / deletion / restriction)
- Any helpful context (e.g., approximate date of your message)
4. Marketing preferences
KyroHub’s communications are typically limited to responses to your inquiries and occasional updates where you asked to receive them. If you prefer to receive only essential replies related to your request, indicate: “Essential replies only” in your message.
