Refund & cancellation policy
This policy applies to optional support contributions and any digital services or sessions that may be arranged separately.

KyroHub is primarily a blog. Optional support is voluntary and described as such. If a specific service is arranged, the exact scope and terms are confirmed separately in writing.
1. Definitions
“Support contribution” means a voluntary contribution intended to support the KyroHub project.
“Digital item” means any downloadable or electronic material provided as part of a support tier (if offered).
“Session” means a scheduled call, workshop, or similar service agreed separately.
2. Support contributions
Support contributions are voluntary. If you believe a contribution was processed in error, you may request a review.
- Duplicate or unintended contribution: request within 14 days from the transaction date.
- Wrong amount selected: request within 14 days if the contribution has not been associated with a delivered digital item or scheduled session.
- Technical error claim: provide relevant details (date/time, email used, and any reference identifiers available).
3. Digital items
Where digital items are offered, they are typically provided in electronic form. Because digital items can be accessed immediately, refunds may be limited after access is provided.
- If a digital item was not delivered due to a technical issue, we will attempt redelivery first.
- If redelivery is not feasible, a refund review may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Sessions / workshops (if scheduled)
If a session is scheduled, cancellations and rescheduling depend on timing:
- Reschedule request: ideally at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time (JST).
- Cancellation request: ideally at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund if time was reserved specifically for the session.
If an exceptional circumstance prevents attendance, include details in your request and we will review the situation.
5. How to request a refund review
Email [email protected] and include:
- Your full name and email used for the contribution
- Date of the transaction (and any available reference identifier)
- Reason for the request (duplicate / unintended / non-delivery / cancellation)
- Any relevant context to help us verify the request
6. Exceptions
- Requests that cannot be reasonably verified may be declined.
- Where a digital item was delivered and accessed, refund eligibility may be limited.
- Abusive or repeated refund requests may be restricted to protect the Site and project.
7. Disputes
If you believe a transaction is unauthorized, contact us first so we can investigate. If you proceed through your card issuer or transaction provider, their process and timelines may apply.
